Man in court over Hervey Bay murder

A Queensland man will face court on Thursday over the murder of a 75-year-old Hervey Bay woman who died three weeks ago.
The woman was discovered with severe head injuries at a Eli Waters house on July 4, before dying in hospital two days later.
The 60-year-old Eli Waters man was charged with one count of murder and is expected to appear at Hervey Bay Magistrates Court.
