Qld man charged after relative's death
A Queensland man has been charged with grievous bodily harm after a fight with two family members turned deadly.
Police say the dispute broke out between the 31-year-old and two other men, aged 46 and 57, at a Moore Park Beach home north of Bundaberg on Wednesday afternoon.
The argument, which was about property, eventually became physical.
When officers arrived, the 46-year-old man was unconscious without a pulse. He later died in hospital.
The younger man left the home before authorities arrived, but was later tracked down in nearby Bundaberg and was charged late on Thursday.
He is expected to appear in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Friday.
Earlier on Thursday, Detective Acting Inspector David Briese told AAP the cause of the 46-year-old man's death was not yet known, with autopsy results expected either on Friday or Monday.
