Man dead in Queensland crash

A man is dead after his car collided with a ute in Far North Queensland.
Police say the car and ute collided at 7.25pm on Sunday on the Kennedy Highway in Emerald Creek.
The male driver of the ute was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening-injuries.
