Man critical after Qld stabbing attack

A man is fighting for life after being stabbed in the chest at a home in the Queensland city of Rockhampton.

Police went to the home after reports of a disturbance and found the 39-year-old with two stab wounds.

He's been flown to Brisbane in a critical condition.

A woman, 42, has been charged with attempted murder.

She is due to face the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Monday.
