Man critical after Gold Coast bike crash

A man is fighting for his life after suffering serious head injuries when he fell from his bicycle on the Gold Coast on Sunday night.
The 46-year-old man was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital and remains in a critical condition.
Police are investigating the crash.
