Man charged over Qld 'drug lab'

A central Queensland man has been charged after police allegedly found a clandestine meth lab in his Gladstone home.

Police say they searched the Central Lane house on Saturday and found glassware, chemicals and other items used to produce methylamphetamine.

The 22-year-old was charged with one count each of producing dangerous drugs, possessing a relevant thing and possessing suspected property and will appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on September 19.
