Man charged over Brisbane carpark rape

A man has been charged with raping a woman in a a carpark in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.

Police say the 20-year-old woman was attacked in the early hours of Sunday.

A Woolloongabba man was arrested on Sunday afternoon and charged with two counts of rape.

The 31-year-old has been remanded in custody and is due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.
