Man bailed in double jeopardy murder case

A man who could be retried for murder has been granted bail in a Brisbane court.
Prosecutors are seeking to use chapter 68 of Queensland's criminal code, which allows for the retrial of an acquitted person.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was granted bail in the Brisbane Supreme Court on Friday.
