Man arrested on alleged cat killing, arson

A man is due to appear in court over the alleged killing of a cat and arson in Bundaberg.
Police allege on Saturday afternoon the 30-year-old Walkervale man set a house on fire and killed a cat while armed with a knife.
He has been charged with arson and serious animal cruelty and will appear in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Monday.
