Man accused of ramming Qld police car

A 23-year-old man has allegedly driven at two police cars, hitting one of them, south of Brisbane.

Officers say they tried to stop the man after the police helicopter spotted him driving dangerously along Mitchum Way, Crestmead, just before midnight on Sunday.

He allegedly drove towards two police cars, collided with one, and took off before being caught soon after.

He was charged with driving offences as well as possessing drugs and suspected stolen property.
