Hot water burns Qld toddler

A two-year-old boy is nursing chest burns after spilling hot water on himself at a Gold Coast home.
The toddler picked up an item containing the water at a Carrara house on Wednesday morning, a Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said.
He was taken to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in a stable condition.
