Hells Angels declare war - on tshirts

Hell hath no fury like The Hells Angels scorned - and the outlaw bikie gang is going to court to prove it.

The gang has launched a Federal Court case, claiming hipster website Redbubble breached intellectual property rights by using the Hells Angels skull logo on T-shirts and a poster, The Courier-Mail reports.

Federal Court Justice Andrew Greenwood has reserved his decision in the case, which Redbubble is fighting.
