Gun, baseball bat used during Qld argument

A gun has been fired during a violent late night argument in Logan, south of Brisbane.

Police were called to a property on Mawarra Street in Kingston about 1am on Sunday after reports of a disturbance involving four men and a woman.

The five people were all known to each other and police say during the incident a gun was fired, however no one was injured from the shot.

A baseball bat was also involved.

Two men, aged 23 and 24, were taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane with an abdomen and a serious head injury.

Another 23-year-old man was charged with several drug-related offences including supplying a dangerous drug, along with offences relating to the gunshot and the altercation.

He will appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Monday.

The woman, aged 21, is being questioned by police.
