Gold Coast cyclist critical after crash

A cyclist has been critically injured in an accident at Burleigh Heads.
It's believed a car and the bicycle collided on the Gold Coast Highway at 11.52pm on Friday at the intersection of 4th Avenue.
The 46-year-old cyclist was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.

The car's 55-year-old male driver was uninjured.
