Girl, 2, hit by ute in Qld driveway dies

A two-year-old girl has died after she was struck by a ute in the driveway of a property in Queensland's Lockyer Valley.

The toddler was struck by the vehicle as it was leaving the driveway at Blenheim and died at the scene.

The driver, a 51-year-old Blenheim man, is assisting police with their inquiries.
