The breeder of a prized French bulldog named Kylie has made a desperate plea for robbers to return the dog.

Thieves snatched Kylie from her owner’s Pimpama home about 2pm yesterday.

“I didn’t know what to think, who had her…it was a shock,” the dog’s breeder, Bianca Muddle, told 9NEWS.

Ms Muddle had given Kylie, worth about $7000, to a friend of a friend, who then sold her to another owner.

She said it was the second time dogs she bred had been stolen. The first incident was in 2015, when four two-week old puppies were taken from her home.

Those dogs were later found during a raid of a Biggera Waters home.

“I’m upset, and so angry I have to go through this again,” Ms Muddle said.

Police investigations are underway.
