A fourth man has faced a Queensland court accused of kidnapping and torturing another man in 2013.

Shaun Barker was allegedly abducted from a Broadbeach service station and tortured over several days in December 2013.

The 33-year-old's remains were found in Toolara Forest in April 2014.

Three men are already facing murder, misconduct with a corpse, torture and deprivation of liberty charges.

In a bail hearing late last year, the Brisbane Supreme Court heard Mr Barker had been zip-tied to a tree and had honey poured over his genitals to attract ants.

He was also allegedly held prisoner inside an esky and denied water.

Police on Wednesday charged a 30-year-old Labrador man with kidnapping, deprivation of liberty and torture.

The man has been remanded in custody and will reappear at Southport Magistrates Court on April 22.
