Former Palmer employee to face questions
AAP
A former friend of Clive Palmer is due to face questions over his claims the mining billionaire reneged on a $5 million job contract.
On Monday, former Palmer Coolum Resort general manager Bill Schoch told the Brisbane Supreme Court Mr Palmer offered him work for $1 million per year for five years.
But, Mr Schoch says, two-and-a-half years later he'd received just $365,000, before he was abruptly sacked over the phone.

Mr Schoch is trying to sue his former boss for $4.6 million and is expected to face questions from Mr Palmer's barrister when the trial resumes on Tuesday.
