Firefighters battle two blazes
AAP
Firefighters have extinguished a blaze that completely destroyed an old Queenslander on the Sunshine Coast and are working to contain another inferno nearby.
The home at Mount Mee, near Caboolture, went up in flames about 12.15pm Friday and took about 45 minutes to get under control.
Firefighters were also called to a grass fire about seven kilometres away at Wamuran around 1pm.

Fire crews are still working to maintain that blaze, which has destroyed a large shed.
The two fires were unrelated and no other properties were threatened, a Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said.
Fire investigators have been called to determine what caused the devastating blaze at Mount Mee.
