A young woman is dead after rolling her car near a rural Queensland town.
The 26-year-old, from Goondiwindi, died when her car left the Leichhardt Highway and rolled just north of Taroom about 6am (AEST) on Wednesday. Investigations continue.
Her death follows that of an elderly woman in a Brisbane hospital on Tuesday night.

The 89-year-old was a passenger in a sedan that was hit from behind and pushed into the path of a truck at Warwick, southwest of Brisbane, a week ago.
A 58-year-old Victorian man has been charged over that crash, which also left the sedan's 65-year-old driver critically injured.
