Elderly driver fights for life after train

A 75-year-old man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after his car was hit by a freight train west of Brisbane.
The car was hit on Friday evening at a level crossing in Gatton.
The train's driver and co-driver, the only people on board, were not injured.
