A Queensland police officer has been suspended from duty and will face court after allegedly crashing a police car while drunk.
The 39-year-old senior constable was off duty when he was allegedly over the limit and involved in an accident while driving the Queensland Police Service vehicle.

He is a member of the Central Region Command, which stretches from the Sunshine Coast to Mackay.
The accused will face Maroochydore Magistrates Court on April 19.
