Couple attacked in Brisbane home invasion

A gang of men have bashed a couple during a violent home invasion in inner-city Brisbane.

A man suffered serious injuries when the men raided his West End home about 3.30pm on Monday while a woman was also hurt but not as badly. Both were taken to hospital.

Officers are still hunting for the offenders, who fled the couple's Bank Street home in a vehicle.
