Climbers rescued from Queensland mountain

Two climbers have been rescued from a mountain on the Sunshine Coast after becoming stuck in the early hours of the morning.

Rescuers spent around five hours retrieving the man and woman, who called police for help after running into trouble on Mount Tibrogargan just before 1am on Tuesday.

The pair, aged in their 20s, were given the all-clear by paramedics after fire and SES crews got them safely to the bottom of the mountain.
