CCC charge man linked to Qld council

Queensland's corruption watchdog has charged a man related to its investigation into corruption at a council north of Brisbane.
A 62-year-old Morayfield man was charged with official corruption and is expected to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on August 27, the Crime and Corruption Commission said in a statement on Friday.
The CCC did not give an explanation about the man's links to Moreton Bay Regional Council, which is the subject of a corruption probe.
