Brisbane's hottest summer night

Brisbane residents have sweltered through the city's hottest night this summer.
The mercury didn't drop below 24.9C overnight, after a peak of 36C earlier on Tuesday - six degrees above the city's February average.
"It was definitely the hottest night since last summer ... but a southerly change means it's starting to cool down," Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Jess Carey told AAP.
