Brisbane man charged over child porn haul

A Brisbane man has been charged with more than a dozen child porn offences after Queensland's crime watchdog raided his home.

Crime and Corruption Commission detectives searched the home of a 56-year-old man at Strathpine in Brisbane's north on Tuesday morning, seizing five storage devices containing child exploitation material.

He's been charged with 16 offences, including possessing child exploitation material, and will appear in Petrie Magistrates Court on November 2.
