Another 7-Eleven store in Brisbane will face court after allegedly paying its staff as little as $13 an hour, more than four dollars below the minimum wage.

The operators of the outlet on Vulture St, West End, is accused of underpaying eight staff by a total of $19,397, including one who was allegedly shortchanged $13,962 between July 2013 and August 2014.

The store, operated by Jim Chien-Ching Chang and his company JS Top Pty Ltd, is the fourth 7-Eleven Brisbane outlet to have legal proceedings launched against it by the Fair Work Ombudsman this year.
