Boy critical after teen driver rolls ute

A 12-year-old boy is in a critical condition after a ute being driven by a 15-year-old crashed and rolled in remote southwestern Queensland.

The boy was taken to Cunnamulla Hospital after the accident late on Sunday afternoon on the Mitchell Highway 7km out of the town.

The 15-year-old and a 13-year-old girl who was also in the ute are being treated for minor injuries.

Meanwhile, a 75-year-old man has been died after he was hit by a 4WD while crossing a road in Warwick on Sunday night.
