Bomb squad called to Qld home

The bomb squad has been called to a home at Ipswich to deal with a suspicious device attached to the window of a home.

Police were called to the address about 9.15pm on Tuesday, where specialists inspected the device and ensured there was no danger to the public.

Police would not confirm whether the device was actually an explosive.
