A suspicious device in a Toowoomba shopping complex has been deemed not dangerous by bomb experts.
Evacuated residents and workers are now returning to their homes and businesses after police revoked the emergency situation in the regional Queensland city at 10am (AEST) on Tuesday.
Police cordoned off a zone in Wilsonton Heights at about 5.20am after a delivery driver reported seeing the unusual device near the shopping complex.

"Specialist police attended the scene, declared the item non-suspicious and rendered the area safe around 9.45am," police said in a statement.
