Moreton Bay 'device' not a bomb

Bomb squad officers have confirmed a suspicious device found outside a home in Queensland's Moreton Bay isn't an explosive.

Police remain on the scene at Tainton Street in Clontarf as they work to figure out exactly what the device is.

The area has been reopened.
