Bodycam captures moment Gold Coast police find illegal haul

Police bodycam video has shown the moment officers found drugs, cash and weapons in a Gold Coast man’s car.

Queensland police stopped and conducted a search of a car at 12.20am yesterday on Brisbane Road at Biggera Waters.

During the search, drugs, a loaded hand gun and a large quantity of cash was found.

The 44-year-old man was charged with drugs and weapons offences and driving while unlicensed.

He is expected to front court today.
