A Gold Coast man who burned a pro-bikie slogan into a jail cell camera has been handed another prison sentence.

Leonard David Toalei was given a two-month jail sentence after pleading guilty to using a cigarette lighter to burn the initials BDF into the plastic housing of a camera at the Southport Watch House last week.

It's believed the slogan stands for "Bandidos Forever".

Toalei's offence came within hours of him receiving a six-year jail sentence in Southport District Court for committing a violent rampage on the streets of Southport in 2013.

The New Zealand-born Bandidos member faced the same court on Tuesday to plead guilty to wilful damage and the sentence for that charge was to run concurrently with his previous jail-term.
