Bad visibility causes drama at Qld airport
AAP
Low-lying cloud and heavy rain has made it impossible for some planes to land at Sunshine Coast Airport.
The poor visibility has led to five services, including an Air New Zealand flight, being diverted to Brisbane and a number of outbound flights delayed and cancelled.
An airport spokeswoman said airlines had arranged buses to transport customers to and from Brisbane. It's hoped services will return to normal on Tuesday afternoon.
