Aus Day bottle rape case returns to court

Almost a year on, the matters of four young men accused of raping a male teenager with a glass bottle at an Australia Day party have returned to court.

Police allege the 19-year-old victim was violated with a glass bottle while passed out at a party in Kedron, in Brisbane's north, on January 26, 2015, and found out about it only after a video was uploaded to Facebook.

The four Brisbane men charged with rape include two aspiring Australian Rules footballers.

Their matters were mentioned in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.

The cases were adjourned until February 22.
