A Queensland man charged with stalking, who wants to get out of jail to stop a "vindictive" landlord taking his life's work to the dump, has been denied bail.

Jason Ronald Vaughan, 41, has applied for bail six times since he was taken into custody last October on charges of stalking and using a carriage service to make a threat to cause serious harm.

In the latest, which was rejected by the Brisbane Supreme Court on Tuesday, Vaughan claimed he was at risk of losing his life's work, including inventions in "advanced biotechnology gene therapy of intractable human diseases" as well as "sophisticated business plans".
