Qld to swear in three assistant ministers

Queensland's government will swear in three assistant ministers on Wednesday.

Rising Liberal National Party MPs Deb Frecklington, Lisa France and Seath Holswich are due to be sworn in, following last week's cabinet reshuffle.

Their promotions were spurred by the sacking of assistant health minister Dr Chris Davis.

Ms Frecklington will move from assistant finance minister to assistant minister to the premier, to focus on the upcoming G20.

Mr France will go from assistant mines minister to assistant minister for finance, while Mr Holswich will enter the ministry to take her place as the assistant mines minister.
