Qld policeman faces abuse of office charge

A Queensland police officer has been charged with abusing his position during a criminal investigation.
The state's Crime and Misconduct Commission (CMC) on Thursday issued the officer with a notice to appear in court.
The officer has been charged with one count of abuse of office.

He's due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on May 30.
