Qld police recover school's stolen guns

Police have recovered all 12 guns stolen from a Brisbane Catholic school and have charged a third person over the theft.

The weapons and a substantial amount of ammunition were stolen from a student gun club at St Joseph's Nudgee College in April.

A man and a woman were initially charged. A second man faced court on Thursday after being arrested and charged on Wednesday.

Police say all the weapons are now back in safe hands, along with some of the ammunition.
