Protest held over former army complex redevelopment

Around 200 people surrounded the TEN Terminal at Middle Head in Sydney today.
The former army complex has trained generations of soldiers and is now up for redevelopment.
Bulldozers are needed to make way for a 90 bed, two-storey, aged-care facility.

The area is held by the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust who say the proposal fits with their goals.
The battle to save this land is now being waged in a consulation process with the Federal Government.
