Princess Kate makes first public appearance since pregnancy news

A happy and healthy-looking Kate Middleton has showed off her royal baby bump for the first time. 

A month ago, Kate announced she was expecting her third child and then took some time away from the spotlight. 

She emerged today with her husband at Buckingham Palace. 

Kate wore a blue lace dress from Temperley, one of her favourite English designers. 

Royal Watchers observed the early signs of her pregnancy as the Duchess greeted volunteers for the World Mental Health Day event.

The Royals have kept Kate's due date a secret. 

It believed that she is "less than 16 weeks along". 

Mental Health is an important issue for the young Royals. 

The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge, along with Prince Harry, have founded their own campaign. 

"Heads Together" aims to highlight the power of conversation in dealing with mental issues.
