The President of the Rebels Windsor Chapter has been arrested and charged with the murder of Central Coast man Laurie Starling last year.

Mr Starling, 29, was shot dead outside his business The Chop Shop on Comserv Close in West Gosford around 7.45pm on July 24, 2014.

Police arrested the 35-year-old Rebels Windsor president at a home in Kingswood today and took him to St Marys Police Station.

The man is expected to appear in Penrith Local Court this afternoon.

Officers allegedly seized exhibits including steroids at the Kingswood address, while more items of interest were seized from a Quaker's Hill address.

A 29-year-old South Windsor man was previously arrested over the issue on April 23.

He is facing charges of murder, sell firearm, and possess ammunition without authority.

Investigations are continuing.

Police have previously called for any information about three men seen leaving the area of the shooting in a small silver-coloured vehicle.
