Police seize two giant pythons in raid on Brisbane home

Police tipped off by a member of the public have found two pythons, and weapons, at a home in East Brisbane.
Police seized a three-metre olive python and two-metre albino python at the address on Lytton Road, as well as an improvised Taser, knuckledusters and drug utensils.
The reptiles have been released into the care of the RSPCA and officials from the Department of Environment and Science.
A 41-year-old man is due in court for a number of charged including keeping or using a taken protected animal, possess dangerous drugs, possess drug utensils and unlawful possession weapon.
