Police say the seven-year-old was last seen on May 5.

She is believed to be in the Echuca, Geelong or Kerang areas.

There are concerns for the girl's welfare, due to her young age and a medical condition.

Paisley is described as being Aboriginal in appearance, with a slim build, and brown eyes and hair. She is around 122 centimetres tall.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Echuca Police Station on 03 5483 1500.
