Detectives investigating the death of a Melbourne man have swooped on the clubhouse of the Bandidos outlaw bikie gang in the city’s north overnight.

It is the second time in two months police have searched the Brunswick property.

It is believed last night’s raid was part of a homicide investigation into the death of glazier Michael Strike, who was found dead outside a cemetery in Keilor in May last year.

Detectives believe Mr Strike, 38, visited the clubhouse the afternoon before his shirtless body was found in a pool of blood and slumped against a tree.

Mr Strike’s family have denied he had any links to the gang.

Police said club members were “reasonably cooperative” during the raids.
