Tactical officers with police dogs have arrested a man from the back shed of a home in Sydney's south-west, after reports threats were allegedly made this morning.
Up to six heavily-armed police were at the home in Excelsior Street, Guildford, after police earlier shut down several streets in the suburb.

There were unconfirmed reports of a person making threats. Police were called at 11.35am (AEDT).
Police cars and officers on foot were patrolling the streets around Excelsior Street, Guildford.
