Police investigate Sydney shooting

Police are investigating reports of shots being fired at two cars in Sydney's northwest.
The shots are believed to have been fired by two men standing on a Piccolo Way footpath in Shalvey on Friday, about 9.40pm (AEST).
Police said the cars were seen driving away and the men fled on foot.

The cars have been described as being a light coloured sedan and a small hatchbank.
Anyone with information has been urged to contact police.
