Police are investigating the suspected murder of a woman at a home on the NSW Central Coast. (9NEWS)
A man has been charged with murder after a woman's body was found in the backyard of a home on the NSW Central Coast.
Emergency services were called to the home in Sonoma Road, Budgewoi about 12.15am this morning.

Police discovered the body of a woman believed to be aged in her 40s or 50s in the backyard of the property.
A 55-year-old man has been charged with murder.
He has been refused bail and is expected to face Wyong Local Court later today.
The woman is yet to be formally identified.
