Footage shows shocking hit and run between car and bike

Shocking footage has emerged of a hit and run incident north of Brisbane, with police still searching for the culprit.

The collision took place between a car and a motorbike at 6.55am at Murrumba Downs.

The car struck the bike on Dohles Rock Road, near the traffic lights at McClintock Drive.

The bike rider escaped with a broken hand and grazes, however, the driver did not stop.

Police are still investigating the incident.
